December 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010, dates flexible. 4225 Chemin Magog (Alison Fripp and Michel Coderre). Breathtaking views from nearly every window in the house, quiet and peaceful, 10 min walk to North Hatley village with great restaurants, 5 min drive to Relais Chateau dining room, 15 mins drive to skiing at Orford, or 30 mins drive to Jay Peak, Vermont, lots of space for a family to spread out, and modern conveniences. Sleeps nine, (although could be 13 with queen pull-out couch, twin bed in storage, and crib!). Five bedrooms and six bathrooms including king master with sitting room and ensuite with large claw foot bathtub, king size guest room ensuite, teenage or nanny suite (queen) with ensuite in above ground basement, one bedroom with twin beds and a playroom with a single bed, which share a bathroom. Large living room, separate dining room, separate kitchen, main floor powder room, and an office off the living room with separate bathroom. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, drinks fridge, water cooler, microwave, electric stove, etc. Included in rental are wireless internent; 3 satellite TVs; snow removal; 4 hours of house cleaning every Tuesday. Small (well-trained) dogs are allowed. Heat is not included. Premium per week for Christmas week(s) and March break week(s). Damage deposit will be required.
